Quotes

A quote is based on the menu, the final guest count and the venue you told us about. It holds for 14 days.

Prices are per plate and exclude GST, which is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.

Booking and advance

A date is held once we receive a 25% advance. Until then it stays available to anyone else who asks.

The advance is adjusted against the final bill.

Guest count

Tell us the final count at least 72 hours before the event. Until then we plan quantities against the higher of any two numbers you have given us.

We cook for the count you confirm, not the number who attend. If fewer people come, the confirmed count is what is billed.

Notice

Three weeks for 500 guests or more. Ten days below that.

We have worked to less. Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 21 days before the event and the advance is refunded in full.

Inside 21 days, the advance covers the ingredients and staffing already committed and is not refundable. If we can resell the date we will refund what we recover.

What the venue provides

Water, a covered preparation area of roughly 6×4 metres, and a 15-amp power point for each live counter that needs one.

If these are not available, tell us in advance — we can usually work around it, but not on the day.

Food

100% vegetarian kitchen. No onion, no garlic and Jain preparations on request.

Tell us about allergies at booking. We can remove nuts or dairy from most dishes and we will say plainly which ones we cannot.

Seasonal items depend on the season. If something on your menu is unavailable we will offer a substitute and confirm it with you first.

Liability

We hold FSSAI licence 22718584000117 and are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Our kitchen and transport are audited accordingly.

We are not liable for delays caused by the venue, by weather, or by circumstances outside our control, though we will always do what we can to work around them.
